HOW TO PURCHASE
PAYMENT

We accept:
• Direct deposit (BSB 815000 A/C 254546 INO K Dale – please use your name as the reference)
• PayPal (email katrina@imagineforkids.com.au or we can send you a PayPal invoice – just let me know your email address)

Please note that we will not commence any order until payment has been received.

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using Australia Post. We aim to keep postage costs as low as possible and happy to combine. We will advise the postage costs at time of your order.

Express Post is available for purchases within Australia at a small additional cost.

Insurance is available upon request. Imagine For Kids will not be responsible for any item going astray.

Pick up is also available from Terrey Hills with an arranged suitable time.

Order will be completed within 3 weeks (with the exception of table cubbies) from receipt of payment.

REFUNDS

Imagine For Kids strives to ensure our customers are happy. All items are thoroughly checked upon dispatch and your satisfaction is our high priority. We will only refund or exchange if the item is genuinely faulty. We will not refund for wrong size, colour or style choices.

There will be no cancellation or refund after payment has been received. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us within 48 hours of item being received with your concerns. After this time we will not accept any returns. All returned garments/accessories must be returned unused and in the original packaging with all tags on within 5 days of receiving goods or within 3 days of pickup.

No postage costs will be refunded in any case.

We are unable to accept goods that are not in the original sale condition, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. It is highly recommended that any returns be sent via Registered Post, as we will not be responsible for items going astray in the mail. Returns and exchanges are not accepted on “sale” items unless they are faulty.

DAMAGED/FAULTY

We take great care to ensure that all items have been checked for defects prior to delivery. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced or repaired. Faulty Goods need to be returned with labels intact for a repair/replacement at the discretion of Imagine For Kids.
